About Tone
Tone is a dynamic reformer studio built around functional movement that builds strength.
Our classes
At Tone, every class is a full-body reformer Pilates workout designed to build strength, mobility, stability and confidence.
Our Full Body classes are suitable for all experience levels, with options and progressions provided throughout so you can work at a level that feels right for you.
We run our programming in 4-week blocks, allowing you to build confidence, improve technique and get stronger over time.
We also offer Tone Supported classes for those who are pre or postnatal, recovering from injury or surgery, or requiring additional support.
New to reformer Pilates? Please arrive 10 minutes before your first class so your instructor can give you a quick introduction to the reformer and help you get set up.
Our people
Our instructors bring their own experience, energy and attention into every class, so you feel supported but still challenged. We feel really lucky to have them on our team. They’re well known around Whanganui for the work they do across different areas of health and fitness, and that shows in how they teach.
We’re big on community. Many of our instructors are involved in other fitness studios and training spaces too, and we fully support that.
All of our accredited instructors are trained through Reform Fitness, known for its dynamic, strength-focused approach to reformer.
Tone came from Stacey’s long-time love of reformer, but it really came to life thanks to Caleb’s determination and support. Between them, there’s a strong creative lean and a shared respect for the value of movement, connection and fun.
