Full Body / Suitable for all experience levels. A full-body reformer Pilates workout designed to improve strength, mobility, stability and confidence, with options and progressions provided throughout.

Tone Supported / A gentler class for those who are pre or postnatal, recovering from injury or surgery, or requiring additional support.

New to reformer Pilates? / Please arrive 10 minutes before your first class so your instructor can give you a quick introduction to the reformer and help you get set up.
